This virtual research study assessed stress levels and mood with meditation and matcha green tea.

Study participation was completely virtual over approximately 2 months. There was 1 phone call “visit” and daily e-mail questionnaires.

Qualified participants:

  • Generally healthy adults born in the USA, 20-49 years of age
  • Had meditated in the past, but do not currently meditate
  • Completed a daily online questionnaire and approximate 10-minute meditation for 2 months
  • Drank matcha green tea daily
