This virtual research study assessed stress levels and mood with meditation and matcha green tea.
Study participation was completely virtual over approximately 2 months. There was 1 phone call “visit” and daily e-mail questionnaires.
- Generally healthy adults born in the USA, 20-49 years of age
- Had meditated in the past, but do not currently meditate
- Completed a daily online questionnaire and approximate 10-minute meditation for 2 months
- Drank matcha green tea daily
