This research study evaluated the weight loss effects of fresh, carb-smart meals in healthy men and women between the ages of 21 and 55 years old.
Total study participation was approximately 17 weeks.
- 21-55 years of age
- Attended 5 clinic visits across 17 weeks
- Ate fresh, pre-packaged, carb-smart meals twice a day for up to 16 weeks
- Not on anti-diabetic medication or have diagnosed diabetes
